Manuels pour locuteurs du persan
Fondée probablement sur le modèle turc, l’École Polytechnique (Dâr ol-Fonun) de Téhéran, inaugurée le 28 décembre 1851, est à l’origine de nombreux changements socioculturels en Iran. Par le biais de cet établissement, l’enseignement du français fut intégré pour la première fois dans le système d’éducation d’État. Les trois premiers enseignants de cette langue à Dâr ol-Fonun, Jules Richard, Mozayyen od-Dowle et Yusof Richard, en rédigeant leurs manuels bilingues français-persans ont laissé leurs empreintes dans l’enseignement du français langue étrangère en Iran dans la deuxième moitié du XIXe siècle et au début du XXe siècle. La présente étude tente d’effectuer une analyse historique comparative de ces premiers manuels d’apprentissage du français sur les plans graphophonologique, grammatical, de la terminologie grammaticale, de l’exercice et enfin, de la méthodologie didactique. Le premier de ces manuels date de 1854 et le dernier remonte à 1903.
Probably created after the Turkish model, the Polytechnic School (Dâr ol-Fonun) in Tehran, opened on 28 December 1851, is the foundation of numerous socio-cultural changes in Iran. Through this institution, the teaching of French was integrated for the first time in the public educational system. The first three teachers of this language at Dâr ol-Fonun, Jules Richard, Mozayyen od-Dowle and Yusof Richard, writing their bilingual French-Persian manuals left their mark on the teaching of French as a foreign language in Iran in the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The present study attempts to realise a comparative historical analysis of these first French manuals, from the point of view of graphophonology, grammar, grammatical terminology, exercise and finally of the didactical methodology. The first of these manuals dates from 1854 and the last one dates back to 1903.
