<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Ces dernières années, les nanomatériaux ont suscité un intérêt croissant pour la recherche dans les domaines de la nanoélectronique et de l’optoélectronique, en particulier les matériaux bidimensionnels (2D) et les nanocristaux. Lorsque ces nanomatériaux sont implémentés dans des dispositifs, moduler leur densité de porteurs est essentielle pour contrôler leurs propriétés électroniques et fonctionnelles, et révéler de nouveaux états devant se produire à des forts dopages. Dans mon travail de thèse, j’étudie une nouvelle technologie de grille à base d’un cristal ionique (LaF3) pour induire des dopages électrostatiques élevés dans des matériaux 2D (MoSe2, MoS2, WSe2…) et des nanocristaux (HgTe, PbS…) dans des structures de type (photo)transistor. Enfin, en exploitant des électrodes de graphène à grande échelle fabriquées sur le LaF3, sélectives en porteurs, je démontre une nouvelle configuration d’hétérostructure graphène-HgTe avec des performances pour la détection infrarouge.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Nanomaterials and especially two-dimensional (2D) materials and nanocrystals have attracted increasing research interests for nanoelectronics and optoelectronics in recent years. When those nanomaterials are implemented in devices, modulating their carrier densities is essential to adapt their electrical properties and functions, with new physical phenomena expecting to occur at a higher doping level. In my thesis work, I explore a new solid gate technology based on ionic glass crystal (LaF3) to induce high electrostatic doping in 2D materials (MoSe2, MoS2, WSe2…) and nanocrystals (HgTe, PbS…) in (photo)transistor like structures. Finally, using large scale graphene electrodes processing on LaF3, the carrier selective of those electrodes combined with the high capacitance gating of ionic glass, I demonstrate a new architecture graphene-HgTe heterostructure with performances for infared detection.</dcterms:abstract>
