<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les nanoparticules présentent une importante surface spécifique qui influence leur biodisponibilité. L'objectif de ce travail était de développer de nouvelles méthodes pour greffer des molécules actives à la surface des nanoparticules et d'optimiser la stabilité des vecteurs à visée thérapeutique et ou diagnostique. La première partie concerne l'étude du comportement interfacial d'un surfactant portant trois fonctions alcynes et de sa réaction de polymérisation par chimie clic par un agent réticulant soluble dans l'eau et présentant deux fonctions azotures. La seconde partie se focalise sur le comportement interfacial de lipides pH-sensibles, et propose une nouvelle approche d'étude par la méthode d'analyse axisymétrique de la forme de la goutte (ADSA). Dans la troisième partie un polymère préformé et solubilisé en phase organique est amené à précipiter à l'interface eau/huile. Cette étude est conduite d'abord en volume, pour étudier finement les conditions de précipitation à l'interface eau/huile.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Nanoparticles have a large surface area which influences their bioavailability. The aim of this PhD work was to develop new methods for grafting active molecules onto the surface of nanoparticles and to optimise the stability of vectors for therapeutic and/or diagnostic purposes. The first part concerns the study of the interfacial behaviour of a surfactant carrying three alkyne functions and its polymerisation reaction by click chemistry with a water-soluble cross-linking agent having two azide fonctions. The second part focuses on the interfacial behaviour of pH-sensitive lipids and proposes a new study approach using the axisymmetric drop shape analysis (ADSA) method. In the third part a preformed polymer solubilized in organic phase is precipitated at the water/oil interface. This study is first conducted in volume, to finely study the precipitation conditions at the water/oil interface.</dcterms:abstract>
