Le verset 60 de la Sourate Tawbah fixe 8 catégories d'attributaires au profit desquels la Zakât peut être versée. En l'occurrence, il s'agit des pauvres, nécessiteux, personnes chargées de collecter la Zakât, personnes dont les sympathisants à l’islam, les esclaves, les insolvables, les voyageurs en détresse, et le sentier d'Allah. L’intitulé de « Création d’un Fonds Zakât International : Nécessités et faisabilité d’une internationalisation du droit de la Zakât » est une analyse d’un projet datant de 2008 et qui n’a pas abouti à sa réalisation. C’est pour inciter à la création d’un Fonds Zakât International que cette thèse a été rédigée. Il s’agit d’étudier les carences en question et d’en proposer des solutions efficaces. L’optique est de collecter la Zakât à l’international pour une meilleure éradication de la pauvreté. Zakat, legal alms for Muslims, is one of the five pillars of Islam. The Verse 60 of Sura Tawbah sets out eight categories of beneficiaries for whose benefit Zakât may be paid. In this case, it is the poor, needy, persons responsible for collecting the Zakât, persons whose sympathizers to Islam, slaves, insolvent, travelers in distress, and the path of Allah. The title "Creation of an International Zakât Fund : Necessities and feasibility of an internationalization of the law of Zakat" is an analysis of a project dating from 2008 and that did not lead to its realization. It is to encourage the creation of a Zakât International Fund that this thesis has been written. It is a question of studying the deficiencies in question and proposing effective solutions. The vision is to collect Zakât internationally for a better eradication of poverty.
