Il s’agit ici d’un travail de recherche transdisciplinaire de ce phénomène afin de comprendre les raisons de sa formation, sa mise en place, son exécution et sa pérennité dans l’espace numérique. Cette approche transdisciplinaire autorise et facilite une meilleure compréhension pour le Droit de ce qu’est le Big Data. Ainsi, l’appréhension du Big Data par le domaine juridique est rendu possible notamment par l’analyse et l’étude du suivi de la circulation des données dans l’espace numérique. Plus précisément, l’étude de cette circulation permet de comprendre et d’observer les différentes étapes successives qui dans un schéma ayant vocation à former une boucle concourt à la survenance du Big Data en tant que phénomène. The purpose of this study is to undertake the legal understanding of the phenomenon of Big Data. To do this, a transdisciplinary research work has been conducted here in order to understand the reasons for its formation, its establishment and its execution in the digital space. Above all, this transdisciplinary approach allows and facilitates a better understanding for the Law of what Big Data is. Thus, the understanding of Big Data by the legal field is made possible in particular by the analysis and study of monitoring the flow of data in the digital space. More precisely, the study of this unprecedented spread of data in the digital environment makes it possible to understand and observe its various successive stages which, in a way intended to form a loop, contributing to the emergence of Big Data as a phenomenon.
