Leur rapide évolution a généré l’émergence d’écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux encore mal compris soulevant de nombreux questionnements. L’objectif de cette thèse est de contribuer à la compréhension de ce phénomène en explorant la mobilisation des ressources par les étudiants entrepreneurs au sein des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux. Pour ce faire, le cadre d’analyse adopté repose sur les théories du capital humain, du capital social et des réseaux sociaux associées aux formations entrepreneuriales et aux écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux. Cette thèse combine enquête quantitative par questionnaire et enquête qualitative par entretien auprès d’étudiants entrepreneurs du dispositif PEPITE France. Elle s’articule autour de trois articles conduisant à plusieurs contributions théoriques et managériales. En premier lieu, elle explore la contribution de la formation entrepreneuriale, de la formation générale et de l’expérience personnelle sur la construction du capital humain mobilisé dans les projets entrepreneuriaux étudiants. Elle souligne les différences individuelles des profils et des projets sur cette construction. Puis, la recherche identifie les acteurs procurant une diversité de ressources aux étudiants au sein des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux ainsi que l’influence des profils et des projets des étudiants entrepreneurs sur leur capacité à mobiliser les ressources provenant de ces acteurs. Enfin, la thèse explore les effets de la localisation au sein d’un espace de coworking sur la construction du capital social des étudiants entrepreneurs. Les contributions de ce travail supportent la compréhension des mécanismes sous-jacents à l’entrepreneuriat étudiant et à la construction des écosystèmes émergeants le soutenant. Elles alimentent des recommandations politiques et managériales à destination des pouvoirs publics, des universités et des organisations support souhaitant soutenir l’entrepreneuriat étudiant. Many initiatives supporting student entrepreneurship have been developed over the years. Their fast evolution has generated the emergence of entrepreneurial ecosystems that are still poorly understood and raise many questionings. This thesis aims at contributing of the understanding of this phenomena by exploring the mobilization of resources by student entrepreneurs within entrepreneurial ecosystems. In this way, the analytical framework adopted is based on three theories: social and human capital theories and the theory of social network, which are associated to entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ecosystems. This thesis combines a quantitative survey based on a questionnaire and a qualitative one based on interviews with student entrepreneurs of PEPITE France organization. It is organized around three articles leading to several theoretical and managerial contributions. First, it explores the contributions of entrepreneurship education, general education, and personal experience on the construction of human capital mobilized in student entrepreneurial projects. It underlines the individual distinctions of profiles and projects on this construction. The research then identifies the actors providing a diversity of resources to students within the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the impact of profiles and projects of student entrepreneurs on their ability to mobilize resources from these actors. Lastly, this thesis explores the effects of the colocalization in a coworking space on the construction of social capital of student entrepreneurs. The contributions of this work support the understanding of the mechanisms underlying student entrepreneurship and the construction of the emerging ecosystems supporting it. They nurture policy and managerial recommendations for public authorities, universities and organizations aims to support student entrepreneurship.
