<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Afin d'automatiser l'extraction des connaissances en matière de résolution de problèmes inventifs contenues dans les documents de brevet en utilisant des techniques de traitement du langage naturel (NLP). Nous proposons trois contributions principales : i) deux modèles d'extraction de problèmes similaires appelés IDM-Similar basés sur les réseaux neuronaux Word2vec et SAMIDM basés sur les réseaux neuronaux LSTM sont proposés pour extraire les problèmes similaires de différents domaines de brevets ; ii) un modèle de correspondance problème-solution appelé IDM-Matching selon les réseaux neuronaux XLNet est proposé pour établir des connexions entre les problèmes et les solutions dans les documents de brevets ; iii) un modèle de classement de solutions inventives appelé PatRIS basé sur une approche d'analyse de décision à critères multiples est proposé pour classer les solutions inventives potentielles. Ces modèles ont été évalués sur des ensembles de données de référence et de brevets du monde réel.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In order to automate the inventive problem-solving knowledge retrieval contained in patent documents by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. We propose three main contributions: i) two similar problem retrieval models called IDM-Similar based on Word2vec neural networks and SAMIDM based on LSTM neural networks are proposed to retrieve similar problems from different domains patents; ii) a problem-solution matching model named IDM-Matching according to XLNet neural networks is proposed to build connections between problems and solutions in patent documents; iii) an inventive solutions ranking model called PatRIS based on multiple criteria decision analysis approach is proposed to rank potential inventive solutions. These models have been evaluated on both benchmark and real-world patent datasets.</dcterms:abstract>
