<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">En agriculture, il est important de pouvoir caractériser l’état, le fonctionnement et la santé des cultures. Le phénotypage est l’étude de ces caractéristiques et l’une des mesures les plus importantes est la surface foliaire car elle donne beaucoup d’indication sur la santé et le développement de la plante. L’utilisation de nouveaux capteurs permet d’envisager des mesures répétables et non destructrices contrairement aux méthodes actuelles. Le travail de cette thèse est dans un premier temps de générer un nuage de points acquis dans des conditions proches de celles en champs, et dans un second temps, obtenir des mesures architecturales sur les différents organes des plantes. D’abord je présente une méthode de création de données synthétique puis des acquisitions sur un champ de maïs sous serre avec des mesures de références. Ensuite la méthodologie d’étude est détaillée et les résultats de reconstruction de surface de feuille et de mesures présenté.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Information on crops health, state and development are valuable for agriculture. Phenotyping is the study of these characteristics and one of the major is leaf surface measure as it gives numerous indication on the plant health and development. Using new sensors, it is now possible to get repeatable and non-destructive measures contrary to actual methods. First in this thesis, I present our point clouds data obtained in conditions close to the open-fields. Second, architectural measures on different organs of the plants are then obtained. Then a method to create synthetic point clouds is developed and acquisition on a maize crop in a greenhouse with reference measures are produced. The study methodology is detailed and results on surface reconstruction from points clouds are explained.</dcterms:abstract>
