<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">La société Redberry développe une technologie innovante pour détecter rapidement la présence de micro-organismes dans des échantillons (médicaments, eaux, aliments...). Cette technologie est indissociable d'un algorithme de traitement d'images, dont le développement a fait l'objet de cette thèse. Nous proposons une méthode qui effectue une première étape de détection des micro-organismes potentiels, puis permet une classification qui discrimine les cellules viables des particules inertes (poussières ou autres débris). L'originalité de la technologie, à l'origine de sa performance inédite, réside dans le principe d'acquisition d'une série d'images à la suite de l'injection d'un marqueur fluorescent de viabilité et dans l’exploitation de la "cinétique de marquage" des objets détectés sur ces images pour discriminer les micro-organismes.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">The company Redberry is developing an innovative technology to rapidly detect microorganisms in samples (pharmaceutical products, waters, food…). This technology is based on an image processing algorithm, which is the topic of this thesis. We propose a method which first detects potential microorganisms, then classifies these objects between viable cells and inert particles (dusts or other debris). The originality of the technology, showing an unprecedented performance, consists in acquiring a series of images after the injection of a fluorescent viability dye and analysing the « staining kinetic » of detected objects in order to discriminate microorganisms.</dcterms:abstract>
