<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les supports catalytiques structurés, telles que les mousses inorganiques, permettent d’assurer des transformations chimiques dans des conditions extrêmes (température, pression). Elles sont préparées à partir de mousses polymères via des étapes longues et énergivores conduisant à des structures lourdes et cassantes. L’émergence actuelle d’une production industrielle plus « verte », s’effectuant à plus basse température et en conditions plus douces permet d’envisager l’utilisation de mousses polymères à cellules ouvertes comme supports catalytiques. Deux outils de modification chimique de la surface des mousses ont été employés pour greffer les catalyseurs par pulvérisation : la silanisation et le dépôt de polydopamine (PDA). Nous avons démontré que : (i) des mousses modifiées en surface par la DMAP permet d’acyler efficacement des alcools tels que l’acétate de rétinol ou l’acide acétylsalicylique, en batch comme en flux via un procédé répétable ; (ii) des mousses polymères revêtues d’un film de PDA peuvent adsorber sélectivement les ions Cu+2 et Pb+2 en flux continu et les désorber réversiblement permettant une réutilisation des mousses.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Structured catalyst supports, such as inorganic foams, allow chemical transformations to be carried out under extreme conditions (temperature, pressure). They are prepared from polymeric foams through long and energy-consuming stages leading to heavy and brittle structures. The current emergence of a "greener" industrial production, realized at lower temperatures and under milder conditions, makes it possible to envisage the use of open-cell polymer foams as catalytic supports. Two tools for chemical modification of the foam surface have been used to graft catalysts by spraying: silanization and polydopamine (PDA) deposition. We have demonstrated that : (i) DMAP surface-modified foams can efficiently acylate alcohols such as retinol acetate or acetylsalicylic acid, both in batch and in flow conditions, via a repeatable process; (ii) polymeric foams coated with a PDA film can selectively adsorb Cu+2 and Pb+2 ions in a continuous way and reversibly desorb them, allowing the foams to be reused.</dcterms:abstract>
