<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Une méthode pour doser 142 pesticides dans le sang séché (Dried Blood Spot) avec le dispositif HemaSpot HF de Spot on Sciences a été développée et validée selon la norme NF T90-210. En fonction de la substance, les limites de quantification sont comprises entre 2 et 1000 ng/mL. Afin d’évaluer l’efficacité sur le terrain du dispositif DBS, une étude exploratoire de biosurveillance humaine a été réalisée. Cette étude, appelée projet CAMPOL, avait pour principaux objectifs d’étudier l’exposition humaine aux pesticides et de comparer l’imprégnation d’un échantillon des populations française, laotienne et péruvienne. Lors de ce projet, 50 participants par pays ont réalisé un prélèvement de sang séché avec le dispositif DBS et un prélèvement de cheveux. Les résultats ont mis en évidence des différences d’expositions entre les échantillons des populations étudiées : les participants laotiens et français étaient exposés à des quantités relativement similaires de pesticides mais moindres que les participants péruviens. Ces différences d’exposition sont probablement liées à l’utilisation de pesticides agricoles (France &gt; Pérou &gt; Laos) combinée aux périodes d’exposition étudiées (période de traitement au Laos et au Pérou, hors période de traitement en France). De plus, cette étude exploratoire a permis de valider l’approche terrain du DBS. En conclusion, le dispositif DBS pourra être utilisé dans des campagnes de biosurveillances humaine (évaluation de l’exposition professionnelle, évaluation de l’efficacité des équipements de protection individuelle…).</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">A method for measuring 142 pesticides in dried blood (Dried Blood Spot) with the HemaSpot HF device from Spot on Sciences has been developed and validated according to the NF T90-210 standard. Depending on the substance, the limits of quantification are between 2 and 1000 ng/mL. In order to assess the effectiveness of the DBS device in the field, an exploratory human biomonitoring study was carried out. The main objectives of this study, called the CAMPOL project, were to study human exposure to pesticides and to compare the impregnation of a sample of the French, Laotian and Peruvian populations. During this project, 50 participants per country took a sample of dried blood with the DBS device and a hair sample. The results revealed differences in exposure between samples from the populations studied: the Laotian and French participants were exposed to relatively similar amounts of pesticides but less than the Peruvian participants. These differences in exposure are probably related to the use of agricultural pesticides (France&gt; Peru &gt; Laos) combined with the exposure periods studied (treatment period in Laos and Peru, outside treatment period in France). In addition, this exploratory study validated the DBS field approach. In conclusion, the DBS device can be used in human biomonitoring campaigns (evaluation of occupational exposure, evaluation of the effectiveness of personal protective equipment, etc.).</dcterms:abstract>
