Il s’agit du manuscrit British Library Royal 1 C III et du manuscrit B.n.F. fr. n° 1, les deux ayant été confectionnés sur le territoire anglais au XIVe siècle. Ces manuscrits se différencient en ce que le premier rend plutôt compte de la tradition des travaux didactiques des clercs alors que le second s’apparente à une Bible d’apparat destinée à une famille aristocratique.Le travail présente l’édition de l’un des livres bibliques, le Premier livre de Samuel, accompagnée d'un glossaire. Ce dernier contribue à de riches apports pour les contenus graphico-phonétique, lexical et sémantique. D’un point de vue linguistique, les choix des copistes restent souvent assez divergents, ce qui permet de nourrir les aspects de l’analyse comparative et ce qui justifie le caractère synoptique de l’édition. The edition concerns the two copies of the Anglo-Norman Bible: they propose a translation into French of the Latin text of the Vulgate and that of their common model. British Library Royal 1 C III and the B.n.F. fr. n° 1, both having been made on English territory in the 14th century, differ in that the first manuscript is more in keeping with the tradition of didactic works of clerics, while the second is closer to a family Bible intended for an aristocratic family.The work presents an edition of one of the biblical books, the First Book of Samuel, accompanied by a glossary. The latter contributes rich contributions to the graphic-phonetic, lexical and semantic contents. From a linguistic point of view, the choices of the copyists often remain quite divergent, which allows to nourish the aspects of the comparative analysis and which justifies the synoptic character of the edition.
