Dans la deuxième partie, « Kitsch », nous présentons les définitions de Kitsch, le « Kitsch » général, celui d’Hermann Broch et celui de Milan Kundera. La définition du mot « kitsch » a évolué selon les époques, le pays, la langue. Hermann Broch conçoit que le « Kitsch » est l’imitation et la copie de l’original. Milan Kundera, qui s’inspire de l’idée de Broch, explique avant tout que le « kitsch » est l’antonyme de l’ « ironie ». Il le définit comme une vision et non pas comme un produit ou un objet. Dans la troisième partie, « l’Europe centrale », nous tentons de définir le mot « Europe centrale » utilisé fréquemment par Kundera dans ses essais. Il y a plusieurs façons de définir le mot « Europe centrale ». Dans la quatrième partie, « James Joyce, Hugo von Hofmannsthal et Hermann Broch », nous traitons l’écrit de Kundera : « c’est dans sa réflexion sur Joyce que Broch développe sa propre poétique du roman ». In the first part, «Milan Kundera and Hermann Broch», we detail the biography of these two writers, then we analyze the evolution of Milan Kundera’s views on Hermann Broch.In the second part, «Kitsch», we present the definitions of Kitsch, the general «Kitsch», that of Hermann Broch and that of Milan Kundera. The definition of the word kitsch has evolved according to time, country and language. Hermann Broch conceives that the «Kitsch» is the imitation and the copy of the original. Milan Kundera, inspired by Broch’s idea, explains above all that “kitsch” is the antonym of “irony”. It defines it as a vision, not a product or an object.In the third part, “Central Europe”, we attempt to define the word “Central Europe” that Kundera frequently uses in his essays. In the fourth part, «James Joyce, Hugo von Hofmannsthal and Hermann Broch», we deal with Kundera’s writing: «it is in his reflection on Joyce that Broch develops his own poetics of the novel».
