<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Après un état de l’art sur la nanoscopie optique, l’interférométrie et l’imagerie spectrale, l’instrumentation développée durant la thèse est présentée. Le travail est basé sur un microscope interférométrique en lumière blanche en configuration Linnik. L’application d’une transformée de Fourier sur la pile d’images interférométriques mesurée permet d’extraire un cube spectral cartographiant la réflectance de l’échantillon. Ses valeurs étant déterminées dans le domaine spectral du visible, une analyse colorimétrique est également réalisable. De plus, ce traitement fournit la topographie, procurant à cette méthode un caractère multimodal. Afin d’améliorer la résolution latérale, sa combinaison avec une microsphère est étudiée. Des premiers résultats prometteurs sont obtenus avec la microsphère collée sur une fibre optique et intégrée au montage. Les applications du projet sont illustrées par la caractérisation de matériaux (nanofils d’argents, marquage couleur, …) et d’ailes de papillons.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">After giving the state of the art in optical nanoscopy, interferometry and spectral imaging, the instrumentation developed during the thesis is presented. The work is based on a white light interference microscope in the Linnik configuration. The application of a Fourier transform on the measured interferometric images stack allows the extraction of a spectral cube for mapping the reflectance. Since its values are determined in the visible wavelength range, colorimetric analysis is also possible. Furthermore, this processing provides the topography, thus giving this method a multimodal feature. In order to improve the lateral resolution of interference multimodal microscopy, its combination with a microsphere is studied. The first results are promising and obtained with the microsphere glued on an optical fiber and integrated into the set-up. The applications of the project are illustrated through the characterization of materials (silver nanowires, color marking, ...) and butterfly wings.</dcterms:abstract>
