Cette récente technique consiste à déposer des microsphères de tailles différentes en verre ou bien en polymère sur l’objet à visualiser soit aléatoirement ou bien sous forme des matrices. Plusieurs recherches ont été mis en avant, afin d’apercevoir l’origine de la résolution atteinte par cette technique qui est à l’ordre de quelques centaines de nanomètres. Un nouveau modèle numérique aété développé, il sert à démontrer la capacité de la microsphère à résoudre les détails des objetssub-longueur d’onde avec le rôle clés des ondes évanescentes dans ce processus. En outre, cetteétude comprend l’influence des paramètres optique et géométrique sur ce système imageant àtravers des microsphères. La combinaison des microsphères avec la microscopie interférométriquepermet d’améliorer sa résolution latérale. Dans ce manuscrit, on a montré la première modélisationd’une méthode interférométrique qui s’appelle « Phase Shifting Microscopy » en lumière blanche,dans le but d’étudier le lien entre la phase et la hauteur d’un motif. Nous avions intéressés par deuxmotifs : une marche et un réseau créneau, ayant des largeurs et des périodes supérieur et inférieurà la longueur d’onde centrale du spectre visible. This thesis dissertation presents a research on the contribution to understanding the physicalmechanism of one of the most powerful techniques in super-resolution optical imaging, it's aboutmicrosphere-assisted microscopy. This recent technique consists of depositing microspheres ofdifferent sizes in glass or polymer on the object to be visualized either randomly or like a matrices.Several researches have been put forward in order to see the origin of the resolution reached by thistechnique which is in the order of a few hundred nanometers. A new numerical model has beendeveloped, it serves to demonstrate the ability of the microsphere to resolve the details of subwavelength objects with the key role of evanescent waves in this process. In addition, this studyincludes the influence of optical and geometrical parameters on this optical imaging system throughmicrospheres. The combination of microspheres with interferometric microscopy improves its lateralresolution. In this manuscript, we showed the first modeling of an interferometric method called"Phase Shifting Microscopy" in white light, in order to study the link between the phase and theheight of a pattern. We were interested in two patterns: a step and a rectangular grating, havingwidths and periods greater and less than the central wavelength of the visible spectrum.
