<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">La chimie prébiotique vise à élucider comment la biochimie moderne a émergé de la géochimie et de la matière abiotique. Cette thèse soutient l'idée que les réseaux protométaboliques ont d'abord émergé à l'origine de la vie et que de simples catalyseurs métalliques peuvent catalyser ou favoriser des transformations analogues au métabolisme existant. L'hydrogène, dont la présence sur la Terre primitive est supposée pour des raisons géologiques, biologiques et géologiques, a été utilisé comme agent réducteur avec des quantités catalytiques de métaux de transition ou de poudre de météorite. Les transformations étudiées, une séquence du cycle de Krebs inverse transformant l'oxaloacétate en succinate, l'amination réductrice pour la synthèse des acides aminés et la réduction du NAD+, qui sont liées dans la biochimie existante, se déroulent dans des conditions similaires, telles que des températures ambiantes, un pH neutre à légèrement basique sous pressions d'hydrogène entre 1−5 bar.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Prebiotic chemistry aims to elucidate how modern biochemistry emerged from geochemistry and abiotic matter. This thesis supports the idea that protometabolic networks first emerged at the origin of life and that simple metal catalyst can catalyze or promote transformations analogous to the extant metabolism. Hydrogen, whose presence on the early Earth is assumed for geological, biological, and geological reasons, was used as a reducing agent with catalytic amounts of transition metals or meteorite powder. The investigated transformations, a sequence of the reverse Krebs cycle transforming oxaloacetate to succinate, reductive amination for amino acid synthesis, and NAD+ reduction, which are linked in extant biochemistry, proceed under similar conditions, such as ambient temperatures, neutral to slightly basic pH under hydrogen pressures between 1−5 bar.</dcterms:abstract>
