<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse se consacre au développement d'outils plus performants pour la détection du formaldéhyde dans l'air. Un dispositif basé sur la fluorescence permet d'analyser des concentrations de formaldéhyde de l'ordre du μg.m-3.. Très sensible et portable, c'est un outil de surveillance en temps quasi-réel. Celui-ci permet de mesurer les variations temporelles et spatiales dans le but d'identifier les sources d'émissions afin de mettre en place une stratégie permettant la dépollution de l'air. Pour assurer la justesse et la fiabilité de cet instrument, une source de calibration miniaturisée a été développée, permettant d'effectuer des calibrations sur le terrain. Ce générateur est basé sur la technique du tube à perméation, le gaz généré est obtenu à partir d'une solution aqueuse de formaldéhyde thermorégulé dans lequel un tube microporeux est immergé. Cet instrument permet de générer des concentrations de quelques μg.m3. à environ 1 mg.m-3. En outre, une étude de différents adsorbants pour la capture du formaldéhyde dans l'air a été effectuée afin de les utiliser dans le futur dans des systèmes de dépollution passifs ou actifs de l'air intérieur.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis is devoted to the development of a more efficient tool for the detection of formaldehyde in the air. This fluorescence-based device allows reaching formaldehyde concentrations in the µg.m- 3 range. Highly sensitive and portable, it is a near-real-time monitoring tool. lt allows the measurement of temporal and spatial variations to identify emission sources and implement a strategy for air pollution contrai. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of this instrument, a miniaturised calibration source has been developed, allowing field calibration. This generator is based on the permeation tube technique, the gas generated is obtained from an aqueous solution of thermoregulated formaldehyde in which a microporous tube is immersed. This instrument makes it possible to generate concentrations from a few µg.m-3 to about 1 mg.m-3. ln addition, a study of different adsorbents for the capture of formaldehyde in the air was carried out to use them in the future in passive or active indoor air pollution contrai systems.</dcterms:abstract>
