<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Dans un contexte environnemental d’une pollution des pesticides, ces travaux de thèse ont eu comme objectifs principaux le développement de différentes méthodes analytiques pour l’évaluation des contaminations aux pesticides dans différentes matrices (environnementales et biologiques).Les premières matrices étudiées sont des matrices environnementales à savoir de l’air et des poussières domestiques. Le but était de développer une méthodologie de prélèvement combinée pour l’analyse d’air et de poussières dans des habitations de riverains de zones de culture et notamment des vignes.Les secondes matrices que nous avons étudiées sont le sang et le plasma de perdrix grises (Perdix perdix). L’objectif était de développer deux méthodes d’extractions et de quantifications des pesticides potentiellement présents dans ces matrices afin d’évaluer la potentielle contamination d’oiseaux d’élevage par ces composés.Les résultats obtenus pour ces deux études ont permis de dresser une première approche de l’évaluation des contaminations aux pesticides que ce soit chez les riverains ou dans des organismes vivants tels que les oiseaux.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In an environmental context of global pesticide pollution, the main objective of this thesis was to develop different analytical methods for the evaluation of pesticide contaminations in different matrices (environmental and biological).The first matrices studied were environmental matrices, namely air and house dust. The aim was to develop a combined sampling methodology for the analysis of air and dust in homes of people living near cultivated areas, particularly vineyards.The second matrices investigated were blood and plasma of grey partridges (Perdix perdix). The objective was to develop two distinct extraction and quantification methods to identify the pesticides present in these matrices in order to assess the potential contamination of farmed grey partridges by these compounds.According to results of both studies it was possible to draw up an initial approach for the evaluation of pesticide contamination in residents living close to agricultural lands and in living organisms such as birds.</dcterms:abstract>
