<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Ces travaux de thèse portent sur la synthèse de polyphosphodiesters à séquence contrôlée optimisés pour la lecture et leur utilisation dans l'assemblage de matériaux codés.Dans ces travaux nous avons exploré la construction de ces polymères avec des monomère connu ainsi qu'avec de nouveaux monomères (les aminophosphoramidites) qui ont été développés au cours de ces travaux. L'assemblage de ces molécules en matériaux codés a été exploré au moyen de l'assemblage couche-par-couche (layer-by-Layer) qui a permis l'assemblage de films multicouches composés des macromolécules informationnelles sous forme polyanioniques. Le dernier aspect de ce projet était l'optimisation des conditions de lecture des films réalisée en collaboration avec l'équipe de Laurence Charles de l'université de Aix-Marseille. Cet aspect repose sur l'utilisation de méthodes de désorption/ionisation appliquées à la spectrométrie de masse ainsi la DESI a été étudiée et la MALDI a été considérée.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis treats of reading optimized sequence controlled phosphodiesters synthesis and their use in coded materials assembly. Throughout this work we explored the synthesis of polymers using known monomers as well as new ones (aminophosphoramidites) developed during this work. The polymers assembly into coded materials has been carried out using Layer-by-Layer enabling the assembly of multilayer films featuring informational macromolecules in their polyanionic form. The last aspect of this project has been the optimization of the films reading conditions which has been carried out in collaboration with Laurence Charles' team from Aix-Marseille University. The reading of the films involved the use of desorption/ionizations methods applied to mass spectrometry hence DESI has been studied and MALDI has been considered.</dcterms:abstract>
