<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Avec le vieillissement de la population, le remplacement des tissus par des implants est primordial. Les biomatériaux conducteurs sont utilisés comme électrodes souples dans le domaine des biocapteurs, ou plus récemment dans l’ingénierie tissulaire. Dans le cadre de la thèse, des matrices poreuses et conductrices ont été développées en utilisant du poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène) (PEDOT), un polymère conjugué biocompatible en utilisant deux stratégies. La première stratégie est basée sur la polymérisation de l’EDOT au sein de complexes compacts de polyélectrolytes (CoPEC), formés de polyélectrolytes synthétiques ou de polysaccharides par un processus de désalinisation. La seconde consiste en la formation de mousse solides à partir d’une mousse liquide obtenue à partir d’un mélange de PEDOT:poly(styrène sulfonate) et d’un tensioactif cationique. L’influence de la masse molaire des polyélectrolytes sur la porosité et les propriétés mécaniques des CoPEC a été étudiée. Les propriétés physico-chimique, rhéologiques et conductrices des matériaux ont été évaluées ainsi que leur propriété d’adhésion cellulaire sur les fibroblastes de souris.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">As the population ages, tissue replacement with implants is becoming increasingly important. Conductive biomaterials are used as flexible electrodes in biosensors, or more recently in tissue engineering. In this thesis, porous conductive matrices were developed using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), a biocompatible conjugated polymer, using two strategies. The first strategy is based on the polymerization of EDOT within compact polyelectrolyte complexes (CoPEC), formed from synthetic polyelectrolytes or polysaccharides by a desalination process. The second involves the formation of solid foam from a liquid foam obtained from a mixture of PEDOT:poly(styrene sulfonate) and a cationic surfactant. The influence of polyelectrolyte molar mass on the porosity and mechanical properties of CoPECs was investigated. The physicochemical, rheological and conductive properties of the materials were evaluated, as well as their cell adhesion properties on mouse fibroblasts.</dcterms:abstract>
