<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les hétérocycles occupent une place non négligeable dans l’industrie chimique et pharmaceutique. Ces structures sont principalement présentes dans les médicaments, les matériaux ou même l’agrochimie. La diversité moléculaire au sein de cette catégorie peut grandement varier, notamment par la taille de ces cycles et on peut constater une plus faible exploitation des cycles de taille moyenne (7 à 11 chaînons) due à leur difficulté synthétique. La chimie actuelle vise à atteindre efficacement des niveaux de complexité moléculaire toujours croissants, incitant le développement de nouvelles méthodologies. C’est dans cette optique que s’inscrivent ces travaux de thèse, avec pour but le développement de nouvelles réactions catalysées à l’or afin de répondre de manière innovante au défi scientifique que représentent la formation des cycles de taille moyenne. Ainsi, le développement de réactions domino catalysées à l’or ont permis dans un premier temps l’accès à des acétals bicycliques originaux de type furopyranes et de furooxépines. Une autre méthode a ensuite été développée exploitant la réactivité innovante des fonctions ynamides. L’introduction de cette fonction sur nos substrats a permis de contrôler la régiosélectivité des cyclisations auro- catalysées et a permis la formation d’hétérocycles à 7 chaînons de type benzoazépines.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Heterocycles play a significant role in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Indeed, these structures are present in many pharmaceuticals, materials, and even agrochemistry. The molecular diversity in this category can vary a lot, particularly based on the size of these cycles, and a lesser utilization of medium-sized cycles (7 to 11 members) can be observed due to their synthetic challenges. Current chemistry aims to efficiently achieve increasingly higher levels of molecular complexity, encouraging the development of new methodologies. It is in this context that my thesis work take place, with the goal of developing new gold-catalyzed reactions in order to respond innovative solutions to the scientific challenge represented by medium-sized cycles synthesis.Thereby, the development of gold-catalyzed domino reactions gives a first access to originals bicyclic acetals like furopyranes and furooxepines. Next, another method has been developed exploiting the innovative reactivity of the ynamide functions. Introduction of this functional group onto our substrates allowed us to control the regioselectivity of gold-catalyzed cyclisations and the formation of 7- membered heterocycles, specifically benzoazepines.</dcterms:abstract>
