Apprendre avec les interfaces graphiques des logiciels éducatifs et des Environnements Informatiques pour l'Apprentissage Humain (EIAH), représente un enjeu majeur pour les étudiants, devant le nombre d'outils numériques proposés qui ont retenu des représentations métaphoriques de l'activité, parfois très différentes d'un système à l'autre. Notre recherche, vise à observer depuis une interface graphique adaptable d'un EIAH tracé, l’activité instrumentée depuis laquelle des conflits instrumentaux résultant d’incompatibilités entre les artefacts didactiques, pédagogiques et techniques, redéfinissent le cours de l’action. Cette recherche s'appuie à la fois sur Docyrus et Study, deux EIAH développés dans le cadre de nos travaux et sur Moodle. Nos résultats nous permettent de suggérer de recourir au concept d'ajustement instrumental (AJI) qui repositionne le rôle et la place de l'interface graphique dans l'EIAH.
Learning with the graphical interfaces of educational software and TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning) is a major challenge for students, given the number of digital tools on offer that have retained metaphorical representations of activity, sometimes very different from one system to another. The aim of our research is to use an adaptable graphical interface of a traced TEL to observe the instrumented activity from which instrumental conflicts resulting from incompatibilities between didactic, pedagogical and technical artifacts redefine the course of action. This research is based both on Docyrus and Study, two TEL developed as part of our work, and on Moodle. Our results allow us to suggest the use of the concept of instrumental adjustment (IAJ), which repositions the role and place of the graphical interface in the TEL.
