Après avoir examiné divers cadres théoriques et les outils couramment enseignés en contrôle de gestion (Chapitre 2), il ressort que les méthodes d’enseignement peuvent varier selon les cultures, comme en Asie et en Europe. Cette thèse présente un nouvel environnement d’apprentissage virtuel. Le Chapitre 3 étudie l'impact de cet outil sur les étudiants et son lien avec l’apprentissage constructiviste. Le Chapitre 4 analyse les implications pour les éducateurs. Le Chapitre 5 fournit des directives pour intégrer ces outils et le Chapitre 6 détaille les étapes de mise en œuvre. La conclusion met en avant l'importance de ces environnements pour les étudiants. This thesis explores the development of innovative learning environments tailored for the instruction of managerial control. After reviewing diverse theoretical frameworks within the fields of management sciences and economics, as well as commonly taught tools in managerial control globally (Chapter 2), learning environments obviously become pivotal. Notably, due to distinct cultural variations, similar teaching methods might not be universally effective through various regions like Asia and Europe. To enhance the learning process, this thesis introduces and assesses a new virtual learning environment. Chapter 3 examines the impact of this tool on student engagement, emphasizing its ties with constructivist learning. In Chapter 4, the implications of this approach for educators are analysed. Chapter 5 provides practical guidelines for integrating such tools, functioning as an intersection of educational insights and best practices. Chapter 6 offers a detailed account of the practical steps needed for implementation. The concluding remarks underscore the importance of familiarizing students with such cutting-edge learning environments.
