<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse traite des applications des alcynes-SF5 pour la synthèse de molécules plus complexes comportant du SF5. Dans un premier temps, nous avons mis au point d’une réaction d’hydroélémentation régio- et stéréosélective d’alcynes-SF5 avec des nucléophiles azotés, oxygénés et soufrés, ainsi que des fonctionnalisations de ces produits. Une étude comparative expérimentale et computationnelle (DFT) entre les alcynes-SF5 et CF3 a été réalisée afin de nuancer la comparaison du SF5 comme un « super CF3 » et d’expliquer la sélectivité de la réaction. Dans un deuxième temps, nous avons développé la synthèse régiosélective de 2-SF5-indénol via une réaction d’arylation d’alcynes-SF5 catalysée au palladium. Nous avons alors évalué la réactivité des indénones dans des réactions de post-fonctionnalisations afin de montrer la versatilité de ces nouvelles espèces. Enfin, la synthèse d’ynamides pentafluorosulfanylés a été effectué par réaction d’addition radicalaire du gaz SF5-Cl sur un ynamide terminal suivie d’une séquence de déshydrochloration. Nous avons alors pu réaliser l’étude de leur réactivité à travers une sélection de fonctionnalisations régiosélectives.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis deals with uses of SF5-alkynes for the synthesis of more complex molecules substituted with a SF5. First, we developed a regio- and stereoselective hydroelementation reaction of SF5-alkynes with nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur nucleophiles, as well as functionalizations of these products. A comparative experimental and computational study (DFT) between SF5-and CF3-alkynes has been performed in order to highlight and explain the difference of reactivity and selectivity observed between these two fluorinated motifs and nuance the statement of SF5 as a “super CF3”. Then, we developed the regioselective synthesis of 2-SF5-indenol via a palladium-catalyzed arylation reaction of SF5-alkynes. A selection of downstream functionalizations has been performed to highlight the versatility of 2-SF5-indenols and indenones as platforms for the design of more complex SF5-containing molecules. Finally, the synthesis of pentafluorosulfanylated ynamides was carried out by radical addition reaction of SF5-Cl gas on a terminal ynamide followed by dehydrochlorination sequence. The reactivity of this unique push-pull system was then evaluated in a selection of regioselective functionalizations.</dcterms:abstract>
