<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les molécules mécaniquement entrelacées constituent un domaine de recherche particulièrement actif en chimie. Dans cette thèse, nous avons étudié le potentiel de la mécanochimie pour la synthèse de [2]rotaxanes et de [c2]daisy chains à partir de dérivés du pillar[5]arène. Nous avons ainsi développé de nouvelles méthodes de synthèse permettant d’accéder à une riche variétés de systèmes entrelacés. Les conditions mécanochimiques sans solvant ont été particulièrement utiles dans ce contexte car les effets de concentration sont bénéfiques pour l'assemblages des réactifs de départ en structures supramoléculaires adaptés pour la préparation efficaces de [2]rotaxanes et de [c2]daisy chains.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Mechanically interlocked molecules constitute a particularly active area of research in chemistry. In this thesis, we studied the potential of mechanochemistry for the synthesis of [2]rotaxanes and [c2]daisy chains from pillar[5]arene derivatives. We have thus developed new synthetic methods allowing the preparation of a rich variety of interlocked systems. Mechanochemical solvent-free conditions have been particularly useful in this context as concentration effects are beneficial to the aggregation of the starting building blocks into the appropriate supramolecular ensembles requested to prepare efficiently [2]rotaxanes and [c2]daisy chains.</dcterms:abstract>
