Elle est fondée sur la notion de « domination comme une pratique sociale » (Alf Lüdtke). Ainsi, des processus de négociation de la domination entre la population alsacienne et les représentant·e·s locaux·ales du régime national-socialiste ont été étudiées dans quatre espaces d’interaction (la mairie, les espaces du parti, l’église et le marché (noir)). Notre étude montre que la domination nazie en Alsace annexée est un phéno-mène plus ambivalent que l’affirment la majorité des études existantes. L’analyse révèle que les représentant·e·s locaux·ales du régime étaient prêt·e·s à faire des concessions face aux « domi-né·e·s » sous certaines conditions. Cela s’explique notamment par le statut des Alsacien·ne·s consi-déré·e·s comme Volksdeutsche. Nous plaidons donc en faveur d’une distinction terminologique et méthodique conséquente du régime d’annexion face au régime d’occupation militaire national-socialiste et proposons la notion de « société annexée » comme concept novateur. This doctoral thesis proposes a new perspective on national-socialist rule in annexed Alsace with a microhistorical focus on the municipal level. The study is based on the idea of « domination as a social practice » (Alf Lüdtke). Thus, processes of negotiation of domination between the Alsatian population and local representatives of the national-socialist regime have been studied in an exem-plary way in four spaces of interaction (the town hall, the spaces of the party, the church and the (black) market) and in six towns and villages that were selected for case studies. The thesis argues that national-socialist rule in annexed Alsace was a more ambivalent phenomenon than most exis-ting studies suggest. The microhistorical analysis reveals that the local representatives of the regime tended to make concessions to the « ruled » under certain conditions. This is explained by the status of the Alsatians, who were considered to be ethnic Germans. The thesis argues for a consistent ter-minological and methodological distinction between national-socialist annexation and occupation. It therefore proposes the notion of the “annexed society” as an innovative concept. Diese Arbeit schlägt eine Neuinterpretation der nationalsozialistischen Herrschaft im annektierten Elsass durch einen mikrohistorischen Ansatz vor, der sich auf den Gemeinschaftsraum konzentriert. Es basiert auf dem Gedanken der „Herrschaft als soziale Praxis“ (Alf Lüdtke). So wurden Prozesse der Herrschaftsaushandlung zwischen der elsässischen Bevölkerung und den lokalen Vertretern des nationalsozialistischen Regimes in vier Interaktionsräumen (Rathaus, Parteiräume, Kirche und Schwarzmarkt) untersucht. Unsere Studie zeigt, dass die NS-Herrschaft im annektierten Elsass ein ambivalenteres Phänomen ist, als die meisten vorhandenen Studien bestätigen. Die Analyse zeigt, dass die lokalen Vertreter des Regimes unter bestimmten Bedingungen zu Zugeständnissen an die „Beherrschten“ bereit waren. Dies erklärt sich insbesondere aus dem Status der Elsässer als Volksdeutsche. Wir plädieren daher für eine konsequente terminologische und methodische Unterscheidung zwischen dem Annexionsregime und dem nationalsozialistischen militärischen Besatzungsregime und schlagen als innovatives Konzept den Begriff der „annektierten Gesellschaft“ vor.
