Elle examine la culture comme un facteur transversal et transférable dans les différents champs de ladite coopération. L’analyse met en lumière les instruments de rayonnement politique, militaire, technologique, économique, mais également culturel et éducatif, construits autour de la communication politique. De nos jours, il est difficile, voire impossible, d’aborder la coopération internationale sans prendre en compte la dimension culturelle. La question centrale de cette recherche est la suivante : comment la culture chinoise est-elle devenue un instrument stratégique pour développer son influence et sa communication au Cameroun ? Pour répondre à cette problématique, trois théories principales ont été mobilisées : la théorie du modèle systémique, celle du constructivisme et enfin la théorie du « soft power ». Ces théories permettent d’appréhender la coopération sino-camerounaise comme un système dynamique composé de plusieurs éléments et acteurs en interaction, une construction continue visant à consolider les acquis, et enfin une plateforme d’influence et de communication. Pour collecter les données nécessaires, cette recherche s’est appuyée sur des méthodes quantitatives et qualitatives, mobilisant des sources écrites, orales, iconographiques et audiovisuelles. L’objectif principal de ce travail est de démontrer l’importance du facteur culturel en tant que pilier central d’une coopération fructueuse. This study is a contribution to the general research carried out on the role of culture in the Sino-Cameroonian cooperation. Specifically, it analyzes culture like a transferable and transversal reality of other fields of the said cooperation. It highlights the instruments of political, military, technological, economic but also cultural and educational influence, built around political communication. Nowadays, it is difficult to talk about international cooperation without the cultural aspect. The central question of this research is how did Chinese culture become a strategic instrument to develop its influence and communication in Cameroon ? To answer this question, three (3) theories were used to analyze the data collected, including the theory of the systemic model, that of constructivism and finally the theory of soft power. Because Sino-Cameroonian cooperation is a system composed of a certain number of elements and actors who interact with each other, then a permanent construction to consolidate the achievements, and finally a platform of influence and communication. Quantitative and qualitative methods were implemented for the collection of data through written, oral, iconographic, audiovisual sources, etc. The objective of this work is to show the importance of the cultural factor as a central pillar of profitable cooperation.
