<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les avancées dans le domaine des composites renforcés par fibres continues (CFRC) ainsi que dans celui des structures allégées offrent des opportunités sans précédent pour la réduction du poids des structures et l’amélioration de leurs performances. Toutefois, en raison des limites imposées par les méthodes de conception et les procédés de fabrication, le développement de stratégies de conception innovantes et de technologies de fabrication automatisée pour les structures légères en CFRC, intégrant des considérations environnementales, demeure à un stade exploratoire.Dans cette thèse, nous étudions la conception et la fabrication intégrées de structures sandwich en CFRC. Les paramètres du procédé d’impression 3D de composites renforcés par fibres végétales continues ont été optimisés. Des modèles numériques équivalents pour la couche d’âme en nid d’abeilles imprimée en 3D, ainsi que des modèles d’éléments finis simplifiés, ont été établis. La relation entre les paramètres de la structure sandwich et ses propriétés mécaniques a été analysée, permettant ensuite l’optimisation des paramètres structurels en vue d’améliorer les performances globales.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">The innovations in continuous fiber reinforced composites (CFRCs) and lightweight structures have brought unprecedented opportunities for structure lightweight and performance improvement. However, limited by design methods and manufacturing processes, innovative design and automated manufacturing technology of CFRC lightweight structures that consider environmental factors have been in the exploratory stage for a long time. In this thesis, we studied the integrated design and manufacturing of CFRC sandwich structures. The optimization of 3D printing process parameters of continuous plant fiber reinforced composite materials was analyzed. Equivalent computational models for the 3D printed composite honeycomb core layer structure and simplified finite element models were established. The relationship between sandwich structure parameters and mechanical properties was investigated, and optimization of sandwich structure parameters was conducted to enhance performance.</dcterms:abstract>
