<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Nous avons étudié la dynamique des ondes de spin dans des géométries facettées et en croissant. En utilisant des techniques de fabrication standards—lithographie par faisceau d’électrons, gravure ionique réactive et pulvérisation cathodique—nous avons fabriqué de grandes matrices de structures en demi-tube. La formation des tranchées s’est révélée sensible à la surface du silicium et au temps d’exposition au SF₆. La directionnalité du dépôt s’est avérée cruciale, la pulvérisation permettant d’obtenir des formes incurvées et facettées, contrairement à l’évaporation par faisceau d’électrons. La caractérisation TEM a confirmé l'intégrité structurelle. Les propriétés magnétiques ont été étudiées par SQUID et FMR (large bande et cavité). Les demi-tubes facettés se comportent comme des ellipsoïdes non interactifs, tandis que les croissants présentent des résonances supplémentaires cohérentes avec les simulations. La PSWS a révélé plusieurs modes propagatifs non réciproques, liés à la charge géométrique et à l'hybridation des modes.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">We investigated spin wave dynamics in faceted and crescent geometries. Using standard fabrication techniques—e-beam lithography, reactive ion etching, and sputtering—we fabricated large arrays of half-tube structures. Trench formation was found to be sensitive to silicon surface area and SF₆ exposure time. Directionality of deposition proved critical, with sputtering enabling curved and faceted shapes, unlike e-beam evaporation. TEM characterization confirmed structural integrity. Magnetic properties were studied using SQUID and both broadband and cavity FMR. Faceted half-tubes behaved as non-interacting ellipsoids, while crescent tubes exhibited additional resonances consistent with simulations. PSWS revealed several propagating modes whose amplitudes depended on antenna position. All modes showed frequency non-reciprocity, attributed to geometrical charge effects and mode hybridization. By comparing experiment and simulations, mode indices and wavevectors were identified, enabling detailed analysis of hybridization and non-reciprocity.</dcterms:abstract>
