<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Ce travail de thèse explore comment les limites du traitement en solution de disulfure de molybdène (MoS2) peuvent être exploitées pour l’ingénierie du transport de charge dans des films et des réseaux de feuillets. Dans un premier projet, des sites réactifs aux bords des feuillets ont servi de points d’ancrage à des récepteurs supramoléculaires, permettant l’assemblage de réseaux covalents réactifs et une performance élevée en détection chimique. Le second projet montre que la fonctionnalisation sélective des plans basaux et des bords permet une modulation indépendante des résistances intra- et interfeuillets en réponse à des stimuli chimiques distincts, offrant un contrôle sur les chemins de transport de charge. Enfin, une transition de phase assistée par laser a permis de convertir localement le MoS2 de la phase semi-métallique à la phase semi-conductrice, autorisant une structuration sans masque. Ce travail montre comment les limites du traitement en solution deviennent des atouts.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This doctoral work explores how limitations of solution-processed molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) can be harnessed for charge transport engineering in films and covalent nanosheet networks. In the first project, reactive sites at the flake edges were exploited as anchoring points for supramolecular receptors, enabling the assembly of responsive covalent nanosheet networks and achieving high performance in chemical sensing. The second project shows how selective functionalization of basal planes and flake edges allows independent modulation of intra- and interflake resistances in response to distinct chemical stimuli, offering control over charge transport pathways. Finally, a laser-assisted phase transition strategy was employed to locally convert MoS2 from semimetallic 1T’ to semiconducting 2H phase, enabling a mask-free approach for device patterning and contact engineering. As a whole, this work demonstrates how the limitations of solution processing can become advantages.</dcterms:abstract>
