<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse porte sur le développement de nouvelles méthodes de pentafluorosulfanylation et sur l’étude de la réactivité et de la fonctionnalisation des alcynes SF5. Dans un premier temps, des réactions d’halogénation ont été mises au point, révélant le caractère à la fois nucléophile et électrophile des alcynes SF5. La régiosélectivité est entièrement contrôlée par le motif fluoré, tandis que la stéréosélectivité dépend du milieu réactionnel. Par la suite, des réactions d’α -halogénation ont été mises au point via des réactions régio- et stéréosélectives d’hydrométallation, suivi de post-fonctionnalisations de tous les halo-alcènes obtenus. Enfin, ces études explorent une nouvelle source de pentafluorosulfanylation, basée sur l’activation photocatalysée ou thermique du SF6. Cette méthode a été appliquée à des réactions d’hydropentafluorosulfanylation, dont les résultats préliminaires sont présentés.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis focuses on the development of new pentafluorosulfanylation methods and on the study of the reactivity and functionalization of SF5-alkynes. First, halogenation reactions were developed, revealing the dual nucleophilic and electrophilic nature of SF5 alkynes. Regioselectivity is entirely controlled by the fluorinated moiety, while the stereoselectivity depends on the reaction medium. Subsequently, α-halogenation reactions were achieved through regio- and stereoselective hydrometalation processes, followed by post-functionalization of all the haloalkenes obtained. Finally, these studies explore a new source of pentafluorosulfanylation based on photocatalytic or thermal activation of SF6. This approach was applied to hydropentafluorosulfanylation reactions, and preliminary results are presented.</dcterms:abstract>
