<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse visait à préparer des composites à base de biopolymères et de zéolithes. Premièrement, des zéolithes FAU de tailles variables ainsi que des zéolithes FAU échangées en cations ont été évaluées pour la cicatrisation des plaies, en utilisant l’adsorption, le relargage de cations et la réaction de Fenton comme réactions modèles. En conséquence, nanozéolithe synthétisé à température ambiante et l’Ag-Y ont été sélectionnés comme matériaux multifonctionnels pour l’application visée. Ensuite, l’incorporation de nanozéolithes FAU-Y échangées en cations dans un hydrogel de chitosane a montré un relargage contrôlé des cations. La modélisation mathématique a révélé que le processus du relargage était régi par la diffusion. Enfin, des hydrogels à base de gélatine présentant une haute stabilité thermique ont été développés selon une stratégie innovante. Le matériau a aussi montré des propriétés d’auto-cicatrisation et d’adhésion, le rendant attractif pour les applications en cicatrisation des plaies.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In this thesis, it was aimed to prepare the composites based on biopolymers and zeolites. In the first stage, FAU zeolites with varying sizes and cation-exchanged FAU zeolite have been assessed in wound healing by using adsorption, cation release, and the Fenton reaction as model reactions. As a result, room-temperature synthesized nanozeolite and Ag-Y were selected as promising multifunctional materials for the given application. In the next step, the incorporation of cation-exchanged FAU-Y nanozeolites into chitosan hydrogel demonstrated controlled cation release. The mathematical modelling revealed the release was governed by diffusion. In the final stage, gelatin hydrogels with high thermal stability were developed with a novel strategy. The material exhibited self-healing and adhesion properties, making it attractive for wound-healing applications.</dcterms:abstract>
