Dans ces trajectoires singulières, la notion de choix peut paraître illusoire. En effet, le contexte adolescent induit l’implication non négligeable de l’environnement familial et social. Cette thèse interroge les processus psychiques à l’oeuvre dans l’abandon des droits parentaux chez les adolescentes, ainsi que le parcours subjectif de celles-ci après la séparation de l’enfant. La méthodologie combine une phase déductive puis hypothético-déductive, fondée sur huit entretiens et cinq dessins d’arbre généalogique. Les résultats ont mis en évidence l’importance du contexte familial, la résonance de traumatismes anciens, et la difficulté à élaborer la perte de l’enfant. Derrière la question de l’anonymat se sont dessinés des parcours marqués par la honte, la culpabilité, et un travail de subjectivation souvent entravé. Cette recherche vise à donner voix aux mères de naissance et à ouvrir des pistes pour penser des dispositifs thérapeutiques adaptés à ces situations de maternités invisibles. When a teenager relinquishes a newborn to adoption services, the question of the circumstances and psychological processes underlying her decision arises. In these singular trajectories, the notion of choice may seem illusory. The context of adolescence involves strong family and social influences.This thesis examines the psychological processes involved in the relinquishment of parental rights by adolescent girls, as well as their subjective experience following the separation from their child. The methodology combines a deductive phase followed by a hypothetical-deductive phase, based on eight interviews and five family tree drawings.The results underline the importance of the family context, the resonance of earlier traumas, and the difficulty of working through the loss of the child. Behind the issue of anonymity lie life paths marked by shame, guilt, and a process of subjectivation that is often hindered. This research aims to give voice to birth mothers and to open up avenues for developing therapeutic approaches suited to these situations of invisible motherhood.
