<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse porte sur la conception d’une caméra streak intégrée en technologie BiCMOS SiGe 130 nm. Le système est composé d'un vecteur de 64 photodiodes, chacune connectée à un amplificateur à transimpédance (TIA), une matrice de stockage et un circuit de balayage. A chaque intervalle de temps, le circuit de balayage (implémenté par une ligne à retard commandée en tension) délivre des signaux de commandes à la matrice de stockage pour échantillonner la sortie des TIAs sur une colonne différente de la matrice. Le cœur de ce travail de thèse a porté sur la conception du TIA afin d’optimiser les performances analogiques, avec un doublement du gain et de la bande passante par rapport aux versions précédentes à consommation constante. Le capteur atteint ainsi une fréquence d’échantillonnage de 10 Gfps, un gain de 92 dB par voie et une bande passante de 2.4 GHz. Les images sont stockées dans une mémoire interne de 400 points de long. Ces travaux ont abouti à l'envoi en fabrication d'un démonstrateur de 70 pixels intégrant une mémoire de 400 points.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis focuses on the design of an integrated streak camera using 130 nm SiGe BiCMOS technology. The system consists of an array of 64 photodiodes, each connected to a transimpedanceamplifier (TIA), a storage matrix, and a scanning circuit At each time interval, the scanning circuit(implemented using a voltage-controlled delay line) generates control signals for the storage matrix to sample the outputs of the TIAs onto a different column of the matrix. The core of this doctoral work was the design of the TIA to optimize analog performance, achieving a doubling of both gain and bandwidth compared to previous versions while maintaining constant power consumption. The sensor thus reaches a sampling rate of 10 Gfps, a gain of 92 dB per channel, and a bandwidth of 2.4 GHz. The images are stored in an internal memory with a depth of 400 points. This work led to thefabrication submission of a 70-pixel demonstrator integrating a 400-point memory.</dcterms:abstract>
