<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">L'intensification des vagues de chaleur place le confort thermique (CT) piéton au cœur de l'aménagement urbain, mais les décisions de conception exigent des modèles validés dans les climats et morphologies où ils sont appliqués. Cette thèse développe un cadre de modélisation 4D du microclimat urbain restituant l'évolution spatiale et temporelle du CT extérieur, puis l'applique à des leviers d'adaptation : végétalisation, albédo et stratégies combinées. Deux sites contrastés sont étudiés : Strasbourg (océanique tempéré) et Rabat (méditerranéen à été chaud). Des campagnes fixes et mobiles de variables microclimatiques, de températures de surface et de perception thermique, couplées à des reconstructions 3D, constituent une référence 4D mesurée, à laquelle les simulations LASER/F sont confrontées. L'écart systématique entre estimateurs de température moyenne radiante (globe, six directions) est quantifié. Les hiérarchies d'efficacité obtenues sont propres au climat et à la morphologie.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Intensifying heatwaves place pedestrian-level thermal comfort (TC) at the center of urban planning, yet design decisions require models validated in the climates and morphologies where they are applied. This thesis develops a 4D urban microclimate modeling framework resolving the spatial and temporal evolution of outdoor TC, then applies it to vegetation, albedo, and combined adaptation levers. Two contrasting sites are studied: Strasbourg, France (temperate oceanic) and Rabat, Morocco (hot-summer Mediterranean). Fixed and mobile campaigns of microclimatic variables, surface temperatures, and thermal perception are coupled with 3D scene reconstructions into a measurement-based 4D reference, against which LASER/F simulations are benchmarked. The systematic offset between globe-thermometer and six-directional mean radiant temperature estimators is quantified. Scenario results expose climate- and morphology-dependent hierarchies of effectiveness.</dcterms:abstract>
