Résumé(s) : L’impulsivité est un concept transnosographique dont l’une des manifestations la plus invalidante, pour un individu ou son entourage, est la violence affective. Elle sous-entend un dysfonctionnement du contrôle comportemental, qui, dans un contexte donné, peut entraîner un passage à l’acte. C’est le type de violence le plus rencontré dans les milieux médicolégaux et il nécessite une stratégie thérapeutique adaptée. Après avoir effectué une revue de la littérature des connaissances actuelles sur la notion d’impulsivité, l’auteur propose de faire un point nosographique. Dans une troisième partie, l’auteur présente les différents processus neurobiologiques impliqués dans la genèse du comportement impulsif. Parmi ces nombreuses manifestations, il s’attarde sur la violence affective, et termine par une dernière partie détaillant la prise en charge pharmacologique et sa validité., Impulsiveness is a transnosographic concept that can produce disability to a person and their environment through an emotional violence. It means that there is a dysfunction of the behaviours control that can lead, depending on the context, to an acting out. This type of violence is the most common of the medico-legal issue. That’s why it needs to be handle with the support of an appropriate therapeutic strategy. Taking into consideration the review of the actual knowledge about the idea of impulsiveness, the author will provide a nosographic update. The third part will deal with the various neurobiologic process that are involved in the production of impulsive behaviour. Among many dysfunctions, the notion of emotional violence will be explained in further detail. Finally, the last part of this work will submit a detailed therapeutic strategy considering its own scientific validity.
