Or cette voix si difficile à saisir et qui se dérobe à l énonciation semble prendre corps quand l enfant se met à chanter. A partir de ces observations, nous avons développé une éducation orthophonique auprès d enfants autistes, basée sur le chant en atelier et en prise en charge individuelle. Nous cherchions à savoir ce qui se jouait dans la voix chantée et ses liens éventuels avec un fonctionnement autistique. Nous nous demandions galement si le chant pouvait être un support utile pour une rééducation orthophonique. Les résultats, basés sur une étude clinique ont montré tout d abord un réel intérêt et une implication de la part des enfants. Plus encore, nous avons pu observer l apport du chant sur leurs capacités relationnelles, communicatives et langagières. Ainsi, plus qu un simple outil, ce mémoire vise à défendre la pratique du chant comme un élément à intégrer pleinement à la pratique, une manière d être orthophoniste. The voice of the autistic children catches out by its strangeness and its feature. However, this voice, so difficult to seize and which gives away from the statement, seems to take shape when the child begins singing. From these observations, we developped a speech therapy reeducation with autistic children, based on the singing in workshop and in individual care. We tried to understand what happened in the sung voice and its possible links with an autistic functioning. We also wondered if the singing could be an useful way for a speech therapy reeducation. The results, based on a clinical observation, showed first of all a real interest and an implication from the children. In addition, we were able to observe the contribution of the singing on their relational, communicative and linguistic capacities. So, more than a simple tool, this report aims to propose the practice of the singing as an element to join completely into our practice, a way of being speech therapist.
