La symptomatologie anxio-dépressive reste stable faisant suspecter une pérennisation des troubles, Introduction: PhysiCOVID study, during the 1st COVID-19 lockdown in France, found an increase in physical and sports activities (PSA). An evaluation during the 2nd lockdown remained necessary. Material and method: PhysiCOVID2 study, supported by the CNOSF and the SFMES, is non-interventional, multicenter and concerns healthy subjects and patients with chronic pathologies. The primary endpoint is to evaluate the evolution of the weekly PSA level. The secondary endpoints are to assess the level and variation of anxiety and depression, and to compare PSA between the two lockdown. Our work focuses on cardiovascular and metabolic patients (CMVV). Results: A total of 397 subjects were included. 212 from Strasbourg with 106 patients whose 49 CMVV. The number of PSA sessions for CMVV was 3.8 before the 2nd lockdown and 3.4 during. For healthy subjects, it was 3.3 before and 2.8 during.Between before the 1st and during the 2nd lockdown, as many CMVV stopped as started a PSA. During the 2nd lockdown, 20% of CMVV showed signs of anxiety and 10% of depression. Discussion-Conclusion : Few patients initiated a PSA during the 2nd lockdown, reversing the initiation observed during the 1st lockdown. Anxiety and depression symptoms remained stable, raising the risk of these troubles were permanent
