Le critère principal d'évaluation était la mortalité à 1 an. Dans l'analyse multivariée, 3 facteurs pronostiques indépendants dérivés du scanner ont été trouvés : splénomégalie (p=0,021 ; HR=5,6 (1,29-24,1)), atrophie hépatique (p=0,05 ; HR=2,93 (1,01-10,64)) et rapport de diamètre de la veine cave inférieure (p-0,0001 ; HR=12,7 (3,4-92)); un score pronostique a été établi sur la base de ces 3 critères. Un seuil de 10 points a permis de distinguer un groupe à haut risque (score -10) d'un groupe à faible risque (score ≤10) avec une survie à 1 an de 27% vs 67% respectivement (p -0,001). In multivariate analysis, 3 independent CT-derived prognostic factors were found: splenomegaly (p=0.021; HR=5.6 (1.29-24.1)), liver atrophy (p=0.05; HR=2.93 (1.01-10.64)), and inferior vena cava diameter ratio (p-0.0001; HR=12.7 (3.4-92)); a prognostic score was established based on these 3 criteria. A 10-point cutoff distinguished a high-risk group (score -10) from a low-risk group (score ≤10) with a 1-year survival of 27% vs 67%, respectively (p-0.001).
