The delegation of power in the Incs and corporations is a legal instrument with huge scope and utility in modern corporate law. The instrument is used either to regulate the relations of the companies to their inside or towards their outside while interacting with third parties. There are three regulations of the delegation of powers : the ones related to the achievement of diary tasks, the ones related to the stocks and bonds and the ones related to the management of portfolios by companies consecrated to this activity.
