Ainsi, partant du discours des habitants interrogés à la Robertsau (quartier strasbourgeois) j explique comment la notion d'habiter peut se décliner selon le type de comportements adoptés par les habitants (habitant ou résident d'une part ; conservateur, suiveur, sélecteur-agissant ou utilisateur d'autre part) et en fonction des périodes successives de la trajectoire de vie de chacun (enfance, adolescence ; jeunes adultes ; ceux qui fondent leur famille ; et les anciens par rapport à la résidentialité). La mobilité résidentielle et la notion de rupture qu elle entraîne représentent un élément significatif pour comprendre la différenciation de l'attachement au lieu de vie selon les habitants. Ces différentes typologies d'attitudes face au quartier constituent le point de départ d'une réflexion sur la notion de mixité sociale effective, proposée ici, à partir de l'analyse de la perception différenciée du risque selon qu il est industriel et social. Finalement cet écrit apporte des éléments de réflexion sur la notion de vivre-ensemble et le rapport à l'autre. Starting with an analysis of the "residential strategies", this thesis offers a reflection on the residential choices as well as the ways and modes of territorial sociabilities. So, from the words of the interviewed residents of la Robertsau (an area of Strasbourg), I explain how the notion of living in can be declined according to the type of behaviours adopted by the residents (resident or inhabitant on one hand; conservator, follower, decision- maker or user on the other hand) and according to the successive cycles of everyone s life trajectory (childhood, teenage life; young adulthood; those who start their own family; and the ancients , residentially speaking). Residential mobility and the notion of breaking that follows represent a relevant element in order to understand the differenciation of the attachment to the place where one lives according to the residents. These different typologies of attitudes toward the area constitute the starting point of a reflection on the notion of effective social blending proposed here, from the analysis of the differenciated perception of the risk , whether industrial or social. Eventually, this piece of writing brings reflective elements on the notion of living together and the relation with the other .
