Description : Médecine (Anesthésie et réanimation ), High-fidelity simulation is an educational tool that allows practitioners to be trained in improving their technical and non-technical skills in very difficult situations close to surgical reality. In the field of endovascular surgery it tends to be integrated into training with good results. In our study, the aim was to compare the stress level of a vascular surgeon in the operating room and on a simulator when performing the same standardized endovascular surgical procedure. This pilot, non-interventional, prospective study was carried out between August 2021 and September 2022 on 4 vascular surgeons of different levels (interns and heads of clinics). Practitioners carried out interventions on simulators at GEPROMED and for the clinical part at the New Civil Hospital with continuous monitoring of the ANI (Analgesia Nociceptive Index). The primary endpoint was the instantaneous ANI which shows a comparable level of stress during interventions on a simulator and in the operating room., Thèses et écrits académiques
