Bien que de nombreux traitements efficace soient utilisés depuis de nombreuses années de façon optimal, des symptômes de la maladie persistent ou réapparaissent. C'est pourquoi de nouvelles approches on étés développer comme la Stimulation Cérébrale Profonde. C'est un traitement symptomatique neurochirurgicale établis pour permettre la réduction des doses de traitement mais également la diminutions des symptômes.</dc:description>
<dc:description xsi:type="unistra:Resume" xml:langue="fre">Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder that causes many motor and non-motor symptoms. Although many effective treatments have been used optimally for many years, symptoms of the disease persist or reappear after a few years. This is why new approaches have been developed such as Deep Brain Stimulation. It is a neurosurgical symptomatic treatment established to allow the reduction of treatment doses but also the reduction of symptoms.</dc:description>
