Being important economic issues and a marketing strategy for businesses, the realization of a strong consumer experience and the consumer's intention to re-purchase are synonymous with loyalty and financial sustainability. Various factors determine the success of this process, such as staff motivation and customer satisfaction. The sequential build presented here postulates that the choice of a participatory managerial practice in a recreational facility like the balneotherapy center of Resort Barrière Ribeauvillé has a positive impact on the customer's experience and the intention of returning., Kundenerfahrung und bei den Kunden den Wunsch erwecken wiederzukommen sind zwei wichtige Konzepte im Bereich Experiential Marketing und Verbraucherkaufverhaltenstudien.
