Conclusion : Dans notre étude, les traitements antiagrégants et anticoagulants n’ont pas montré être un facteur de risque hémorragique au moment du diagnostic de PTI, Introduction: Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an auto-immune cytopenia that can lead to severe bleeding. The aim of our study was to assess the bleeding risk of antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy in patients with ITP. Methods: We performed a retrospective comparative monocentric study at the Hôpitaux Civils de Colmar, from March 2011 to November 2021 comparing the frequencies of any bleeding, mucosal bleeding and severe bleeding (gastrointestinal, intracranial, or macroscopic hematuria) at the diagnostic of ITP in patients with and without antiplatelet and/or anticoagulant therapy. Results: 107 patients were included, 30 had an antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy and were compared to 77 patients without any treatment. Patients under antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy did not have more bleeding symptoms than patients without treatment. Patients without therapy did have more mucosal bleedings. Conclusion: In our study, antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapies didn't show to be a risk factor of bleeding in ITP, Thèses et écrits académiques
