Un accès rapide à l’information médicamenteuse doit permettre au patient de devenir acteur de sa santé (loi « Kouchner » de 2002). L’objectif de ce travail était de concevoir un module bucco-dentaire dans les solutions PILMIX® et PILMIXPRO®. L’identification des besoins des chirurgiens-dentistes, la consolidation de la base de littéracie en santé orale, l’élaboration d’un répertoire thématique des effets indésirables médicamenteux bucco-dentaires et la réalisation de la maquette du module, sont autant d’étapes qui ont permis d’atteindre l’objectif d’intégration d’un module « dentaire ». L’outil PILMIX® permettra désormais au patient de mieux appréhender l’effet de ses traitements sur sa santé bucco-dentaire en lui apportant des informations dans un langage simple. Enfin, l’outil PILMIXPRO® donnera aux chirurgiens-dentistes une information rapide et fiable via un module dédié à la discipline dentaire Among the treatments taken by a patient, some of them may be responsible for adverse oral effects constituting a real source of disability. The objective of this work was to design an oral module in the PILMIX® and PILMIXPRO® solutions. The identification of the needs of dental surgeons, the consolidation of the oral health literacy base, the development of a thematic directory of oral adverse drug reactions and the production of the model of the module, are all steps which made it possible to achieve the objective of integrating a "dental" module. The PILMIX® tool will now allow patients to better understand the effect of their treatments on their oral health by providing information in simple language.
