Résumé(s) : L'antibiorésistance est un phénomène qui menace très fortement la santé publique. En effet, la capacité des bactéries à développer des résistances face aux antibiotiques rend des infections difficiles, voire parfois impossibles à traiter. Cette résistance s'explique principalement par l'usage excessif et inapproprié des traitements antimicrobiens. Il est donc crucial de promouvoir l'usage responsable de ces traitements et de développer de nouvelles alternatives thérapeutiques pour lutter contre ce phénomène majeur. Cette thèse porte une attention particulière sur l'émergence et le développement de l'antibiorésistance ainsi que sur son impact au niveau mondial si l'humanité ne réagit pas rapidement et suffisamment. Cette thèse apporte également des informations sur les différentes actions mises en place ainsi que sur les multiples alternatives thérapeutiques prometteuses face à cette pandémie silencieuse., Antibiotic resistance is a phenomenon that poses a major threat to public health. The ability of bacteria to develop resistance to antibiotics makes infections difficult, if not impossible, to treat. This resistance is mainly due to the excessive and inappropriate use of antimicrobial treatments. It is therefore crucial to promote the responsible use of these treatments and to develop new therapeutic alternatives to combat this major phenomenon. This thesis pays particular attention to the emergence and development of antimicrobial resistance, and to its global impact if mankind does not react quickly and sufficiently. The thesis also provides information on the various actions that have been taken, and on the many promising therapeutic alternatives available in the face of this silent pandemic.
