Cependant, les risques d' intoxication liés à une identification incorrecte sont bien réels. Face à cette problématique de santé publique, une double enquête auprès des cueilleurs et des pharmaciens d' officine alsaciens a été réalisée. L' enquête menée auprès des cueilleurs révèle des comportements à risque, notamment l'utilisation de méthodes de reconnaissance non fiables et une faible vigilance en cas de doute sur la toxicité des champignons. Parallèlement, le mémoire met en lumière les difficultés rencontrées par certains pharmaciens dans leur rôle de conseil. En s'appuyant sur les données du rapport de toxicovigilance de l'ANSES, la thèse examine les principaux syndromes d' intoxication, dont le redoutable syndrome phalloïdien, causé par des champignons mortels comme l'Amanita phalloides. Ce syndrome, caractérisé par des atteintes hépatiques sévères, illustre la gravité des erreurs d'identification.
