<dc:description xml:langue="" xsi:type="unistra:Resume">This thesis explores the optimization of deploying digital solutions in healthcare institutions, a critical aspect of the ongoing digital transformation in the healthcare sector. Accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, this transformation aims to leverage digital technologies to enhance access to care, improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes while managing costs effectively. The research identifies and analyzes key factors influencing the deployment of digital solutions, including organizational environment, technical constraints, regulatory and normative frameworks, and economic and human resource impacts. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering an organizational culture that supports innovation and experimentation, addressing resistance to change, ensuring interoperability and data security, and complying with stringent regulatory requirements. Methodologies and strategies for successful deployment are discussed, focusing on stakeholder engagement, adaptation of internal processes and workflows, technical installation, and continuous training and technical support. The case study of Therapanacea illustrates a successful deployment of digital solutions, highlighting the methods used, results obtained, and lessons learned. The findings underscore the necessity of an integrated and collaborative approach to overcome the technical, organizational, human, and regulatory challenges. By adopting best practices and effective strategies, healthcare institutions can fully realize the benefits of digital technologies, ultimately improving the quality of care and the efficiency of the healthcare system.</dc:description>
