Après avoir rappelé le cadre réglementaire, les risques et les limites de la production manuelle, différents leviers organisationnels ont été explorés : l’automatisation, les préparations anticipées ainsi que la standardisation des doses. L’état des lieux du profil de production a montré qu’une part importante des chimiothérapies est automatisable. La combinaison entre production anticipée et campagnes de préparation permettrait d’augmenter le potentiel de robotisation. L’APOTECA Chemo® apparaît comme le modèle le plus adapté aux besoins des HUS, notamment pour sa polyvalence et sa compatibilité avec une production mixte. Au-delà de la productivité, l’automatisation représente une réponse aux enjeux de sécurité, de traçabilité et de qualité. The project to centralize the Chemotherapy Reconstitution Unit of the Strasbourg University Hospitals represents an opportunity to explore strategies for optimizing production. After recalling the regulatory framework, the risks, and the limitations of manual preparation, various organizational levers were examined: automation, anticipatory preparations, and dose standardization. An assessment of the production profile showed that a significant proportion of chemotherapies can be automated. The combination of anticipatory production and batch preparation could increase the potential for robotization. The APOTECA Chemo® appears to be the most suitable model for the needs of the Strasbourg University Hospitals, particularly due to its versatility and compatibility with mixed production.
